Oil drum BBQ Smoker
I built a BBQ out of an oil-drum a few years ago but this brilliant project piece got stolen out of our garden.
After being introduced to the UK restaurant chain “Red’s True Barbecue” in 2014 I had a look into smoking meats and the urge to replace my firepit had grown stronger. So in April 2016 after doing a bit of online research and forming a plan in my head I started ordering materials.
I quickly assembled everything in one afternoon as I had already invited guests for the following weekend. In hindsight I would have placed the door much lower.
